Everything happens for a Riesling

Our clean crisp Riesling was grown in the cool climate of the King Valley. A burst of lemon and lime sherbet up front leading on to a finely textured mid palate.

The cooler climate of the nearby King Valley provide ideal growing conditions for this classic white variety. The dry 2020 vintage has proved ideal for white varieties in North East Victoria, with Riesling a particular highlight.

Our Riesling undergoes a long slow ferment with an aromatic yeast in a stainless steel tank to preserve freshness and retain delicate fruit character.
